The Submission Arts Wrestling program of instruction is divided in three (3) levels:
Beginners – Green belt students and below
Intermediate - Brown belt students and below
Advanced - Black belt students and above
Students will be exposed to the principles and skills needed to build the necessary foundation from which they can propel forward into further promotion and more intermediate skills. Beginner students will learn both the self-defense aspect as well as the sport aspect of this art.
Once students have demonstrated they can manage more complex skill sets, they will be presented with more learning opportunities, a more demanding curriculum and offered a chance to put their skills to the test via more challenging self-defense scenarios and competitive offers to grow toward the next step.
At this level, senior students will be able to learn the skills that will propel them into the mastery of this art. Students at the advanced level are able to efficiently and successfully thrive in the face of any encounter that is thrown at them and will be capable to compete at the highest international level if they so desire.
Our kids program emphasizes the development of social skills, camaraderie, discipline, fitness and psychomotor development skills in a fun and non-pressure environment, while abiding to our SAW curriculum in terms of advancement and competitive skills.
